Stuart Cosgrove is Channel 4’s Director of Nations and Regions with responsibility for programmes and creative development strategy outside London. He led partnership and funding negotiations for 4IP, a new £50 million investment fund aiming to reinvent how public service content is conceived, funded, and delivered on new media platforms. He was previously Channel 4 Controller of Arts and Entertainment and Commissioning Editor for Independent Film and Video where his commissions included ‘The Dying Rooms’
