Russell co-founded Still Price Court, still the fastest growing advertising agency ever, servicing global clients such as Unilever and Coca Cola. He became Creative Director, Winchester Entertainment, responsible for hit movies 'Shooting Fish' and 'Divorcing Jack'. He also co-founded Tony Kaye's first production company - their first commercial won the coveted Lion D'or at Cannes Lions.
Russell was a judge at the 2007 Emmies and has spoken at many events including Cannes Lions and MipTV.
