Mark is on the BBC Knowledge Commissioning team, and responsible for specialist factual programmes. Mark worked as a Channel Executive at BBC TWO and BBC FOUR, overseeing the channels’ editorial management and taking executive lead on a number of high profile projects. Mark began his television career as researcher and then producer in BBC Music & Arts, moving to Newsnight as Newsnight Review’s series Producer, before returning to the BBC's Factual and Learning area in the Specialist Factual department.
