Buy Tickets
If you have bought a Delegate Pass you do not need to buy or reserve tickets. Delegate tickets can be collected from the designated ticket desk at the Showroom Box Office. When you first arrive at the festival, please go to the Delegate Centre to collect your pass.
Doc/Fest 2008 tickets will be on sale at the Showroom Cinema's Box Office.
Box Office Opening
The Showroom Box Office is open everyday approx. 15 minutes before the start of the first screening that day or from 2pm, whichever is earlier.

If reserving tickets please note that these have to be paid immediately by debit or credit card.
Accessibility
The Showroom is fully accessible for customers with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. There is an electronically operated door at the front of the building. A passenger lift in the atrium provides access to all floors of the building. Advance booking is always a good idea, as it enables us to provide assistance if required. All cinemas have a choice of seats for wheelchair users.
How to book
Advance booking is strongly advised as many events sell out before the festival begins. Single tickets and Film Passes may be booked in advance at the Showroom Cinema Box Office, or by phone using a credit or debit card. There is no charge for credit card bookings. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Some screenings may have special prices - check programme for details.
Standby tickets
If you are unable to buy a ticket in advance because the initial ticket allocation is sold, it is highly likely that you will be able to obtain a standby ticket by calling in person at the box office 15 minutes before the screening.
Concessions
Concessions apply to claimants, children under 15, senior citizens and students. Please provide proof of status.
Festival events open to the public
All film screenings are open to the public.
Most festival sessions are only open to Industry Delegate pass holders, however there are some special sessions for which you may buy individual tickets.
