Registration

All delegates must register in the Delegate Centre, located in The Workstation. All delegates must register and pick up their badges on arrival at the festival.
Press Lounge
The press lounge is located in Site Gallery situated next to the Workstation on Paternoster Row.
Press Desk
The press desk is located in the Delegate Centre in the Workstation on Paternoster Row for press registration and enquiries.
Videotheque
The Videotheque is Doc/Fest's on-demand digital video library. This year, the library offers all festival titles as well as one hundred extra titles. All delegates are welcome to use the Videotheque. A number of screening sets are reserved for commissioners, buyers, distributors and sales agents. Viewing time can be booked in advance at the Videotheque desk. Available from Wednesday 5 November - Sunday 9 November in the Delegate Centre located in the Workstation.East Silver is a specialised market in the Central and Eastern European documentary film field. The East Silver market consists of a video library, catalogue and a specialised online database of Central and Eastern European documentary films.
The East Silver project is realised because of the co-operation of the International Documentary Film Festival in Jihlava and Institute of Documentary Film.As last year the Doc/Fest Videotheque will feature thirty recent East-European films in a special documentary showcase for all delegates to view.
Access
All public areas are fully accessible to people using wheelchairs. Wheelchair users should contact the Showroom Box Office to book a place for screenings and sessions. Toilet facilities for wheelchair users are available in the bar, cafe and lower cinema lobby outside screens three and four. There is a lift for customer use.
Food and Drink
Only snacks and drinks bought at the Showroom can be taken into the cinemas, including alcoholic drinks from the bar. If you would like to take your drink into the cinema, please inform the bar staff when you make your order.Food and drink should not be taken into the other venues.For more information on where to eat and drink, please see Where to Eat and Drink.All venues are non-smoking. Film certification details will be available closer the time of the festival.
