Live Cinema Summit at Sheffield Doc/Fest 2018

The world-leading Live Cinema Summit (formerly, 2016 Conference in London), will take place over two days at Sheffield Doc/Fest 2018, and will explore the emergent field of live cinema: film screenings augmented through live performance or immersive elements, including site-specific locations, technological intervention and digital participation.

The two day Summit will include panel sessions with international filmmakers, artists and academic experts in the field of live cinema; behind the scenes artist and producer talks reflecting Sheffield Doc/Fest 2018’s live Film and Alternate Realties events; workshops for the curious through to the experienced.
