Barbara is a Commissioning Editor for Sky, Entertainment and Arts.
For Sky Arts, Barbara commissions music content and rock documentary, such as Rock and Roll, Peter Blake: Pop Art Life, XTC: This Is Pop, Manic Street Preachers, Joe Cocker: Mad Dog with Soul, The Jam: About the Young Idea as well as series including Brian Johnson’s A Life on The Road, Tony Visconti’s Unsigned Heroes and Ronnie Wood Artist in Residence.
Barbara also is Commissioner for A League of Their Own, ALOTO Roadtrip and new series Carnage for Sky 1.
Previously, Barbara worked as a producer with Indies such as Hatrick, Tiger Aspect, Whizzkid and CPL.
Madonna Benjamin is Commissioning Executive for Channel 4 Documentaries. Since 2011 she has overseen and grown long-running series including the BAFTA award winning First Dates, Hunted, Educating and 24 Hours in A+E. She has also been responsible for shorter series and singles including BAFTA winning Bedlam, Catching A Killer, The Job Interview and Working Class White Men. Before joining Channel 4, Madonna executive produced including with Maverick Television and Minnow Films.
