We're gearing up for our 25th Edition Festival, this June 7–12, with many exciting annoucements in store. Read below on all Festival Passes, Doc/Lover Wristbands, and Group Discounts currently on offer, and how to purchase.

Standard Festival Pass

This Festival Pass gives you full access to Sheffield Doc/Fest 2018: 7–12 June. Includes access to the Film programme, Alternate Realities programme, Talks & Sessions, Marketplace & Talent, Doc/Player and all social events and networking. Click here to purchase.

Budget Accomodation Passes

For filmmakers on a budget, the Budget Accommodation Pass gives you full registration PLUS 7 or 4 nights hotel and breakfast at Jonas Hotel in Sheffield at a discounted rate. Includes access to the Film Programme, Alternate Realities programme, Talks & Sessions, Marketplace & Talent, Doc/Player, and all social events and networking. Click here to purchase.

Group Bookings

We welcome group bookings at the Festival. For universities and schools, for a group booking of every 10 students, a tutor can come for free. For organisational groups of 10 or more, we are able to offer a standard group discount. Payment for group bookings will be completed through invoice.

Concession Festival Pass

This Festival Pass gives you full access to Sheffield Doc/Fest 2018: 7–12 June at a discounted concession rate. Includes access to the Film programme, Alternate Realities programme, Talks & Sessions, Marketplace & Talent, Doc/Player and all social events and networking. To purchase, please first email one of the following forms of proof to registration@sidf.co.uk:

Full time students: NUS Student Card, University Student Card, International Student Identity Card, Letter from your university verifying student status 

Senior Citizens: Driver’s License, Railcard, Freedom Pass, Passport, Birth Certificate 

Claimants: Letter from The Department of Work and Pensions, on headed paper, signed by a representative, verifying Job Seekers Allowance or Incapacity Benefit. Carers should send proof of their status.

Doc/Lover Wristbands

Want to attend a number of films at Sheffield Doc/Fest? The Doc/Lover Wristband gives you access to 12 film screenings, with free access to post-screening Q&As with filmmakers and the stars of the films during the Festival.

Please note that the Wristband does not offer you access to the Talks & Sessions programme, Marketplace, or Social Events. To access the full Festival, please purchase a Festival Pass.

Single Tickets

If you have not purchased a Festival Pass or Doc/Lover Wristband, then you can still purchase individual tickets for film screenings, talks and some special events. Film tickets are priced £10 / £8.00 concession (full time students, senior citizens, claimants). Complimentary carer tickets are available for eligible claimants. Please email box office [at] sidf.co.uk for further information. Special Events and Talks are priced individually. Ticket prices include booking fees.
