Feel your documentary could benefit from a strategic approach to digital? Want your commissions to leap off viewers' social feeds? Want to unlock ways of engaging your audience through interactivity, and put it at the heart of your project?
Tell us a bit about your idea, and we will help you.
You are invited to join BAFTA for Digital Creativity winners and Doc/Fest sponsors Joi Polloi and their multi-award-winning partners The Storm Collective for a free, confidential, one-to-one, digital strategy workshop, tailored to your own documentary project.
In advance of the fast-paced mini-hack session, we'll gather audience data specific to your production to inform editorial themes, qualify hunches, and explore technical and creative solutions. Ultimately making your production the centre of digital conversation, and building a digital strategy that will engage your audience.
You will leave the meet up with more knowledge, bespoke data, new solutions and a practical approach to implement them.
We will ask you some questions about your documentary during the registration process to help us plan for your bespoke session. All information given will be in the strictest of confidence and NDA’s will be signed in advance of the session.
Sessions will be run on 10 June - 11 June in Sheffield.
These sessions are exclusive to Doc/Fest delegates and aimed at documentary makers, producers, commissioners and distributors working on projects of scale. In particular, it is for those looking to gain insight and practical solutions that will connect your documentary to wider audiences.
Spaces are extremely limited at our Doc/Fest sessions, therefore we cannot guarantee all applicants the chance of a slot. However, the Joi Polloi team will be at Doc/Fest in our home city of Sheffield, so if you like the sound of what we do, contact us on social @joi_polloi for a chat or meet up.
Click here to apply. Registration will take no more than 3 minutes.
