
Sheffield DocFest, the UK’s leading documentary festival, will be taking over the city between 18 - 23 June as we play host to daily film premieres and events celebrating all things documentary.

Download hereTickets can be bought on this website or on the Sheffield DocFest app and ticketing environment by clicking the 'BOOK TICKETS' button on event pages or the schedule view. You will be prompted to log in or create an account during the checkout process.
You can also visit venues in person during the festival on the days they are operating to buy tickets directly from the Box Office team, or call 0330 122 8870 (lines are open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 7pm every day during the festival)
You can book a ticket for Opening Night: Still Pushing Pineapples - Public Premiere at the Showroom Cinema like any other ticket, on our website or app.
Yes. You can view and favourite events when using the Sheffield DocFest app or ticketing environment. You can star events within the schedule and then filter by 'only show starred events' to create your own schedule. To use the ticketing environment click the "Tickets" button at the top of website pages.
During the festival each venue will operate a box office service on the days they have events. They will open 30 minutes before the start of the first event of the day and close 20 minutes after the start of the last event of the day. Venues operating box office services will be: Showroom Cinema, The Light Cinema, Curzon Cinema, Crucible Theatre, Montgomery Theatre.

You can visit any of our operating venues during the festival and speak to the Box Office team based there (only available when events are running in the venue). Our main Box Office locations will be based at the Showroom Cinema and Crucible.
No. Industry Pass Holders have a different pass which gives them access to Industry only events as well as everything available to the general public. DocLover tickets are redeemable against any screening or event in our public programme (except Opening Night).
