Doctor, scientist and best-selling author Chris van Tulleken reveals the secrets of Ultra-Processed Food, how it dominates our diets and has overtaken tobacco as the leading cause of early death globally.

As one of the BBC’s leading science broadcasters for children and adults Chris is on a mission to unearth the truth about industrially produced food and what it’s doing to our health. He’s produced world class scientific research, testified to the House of Lords, written a best-selling book and his journey is now part of a feature-length BBC documentary. He will discuss the challenges of advocating about the impacts of UPF on our bodies and the planet, and of producing a documentary that explores the well-guarded secrets of the corporations who produce our food.
