Join the DFC for their 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) – a vital moment to reflect on the past year’s challenges and achievements, and to strengthen connections across the UK's documentary community.

As a cornerstone of the DFC’s co-operative model, the AGM will see the leadership team present their activities from the past year. Members will also be invited to vote on the DFC Annual Report and Accounts. Alongside formal business, the AGM is an opportunity to ask questions, share feedback and connect with fellow Members and Supporters.

Free drinks and snacks will be available ahead of DFC Presents: Where the Grass is Greener: Could Policy Be the Answer?, starting at 11:15am in the same venue. Join us to continue the conversation on global advocacy and the future of independent documentary.

Members and non-members welcome. Please note: only Full Members may vote.

Speakers:
Steve Presence (Acting CEO, Documentary Film Council & Senior Lecturer in Film and TV at the University of Bristol)
Emily Copley (Acting CEO, Documentary Film Council & Independent Producer)
Fiona Fletcher (Chair of the Board of Trustees, Documentary Film Council & Film Relationship Manager, British Council)
