Celebrating 100 years of Sir David Attenborough, this special conversation brings together leading voices to reflect on his extraordinary legacy and explore how it is shaping the future of environmental storytelling and activism.
In May 2026, Sir David Attenborough turns 100, marking an extraordinary lifetime dedicated to transforming how we see, understand and value the natural world. Across more than seven decades, his work has shaped global consciousness, combining scientific rigour with a profound sense of wonder and, increasingly, a call to responsibility in the face of accelerating environmental change.
This special conversation brings together wildlife filmmakers, on-screen voices, scientists and activists inspired by Attenborough’s legacy to reflect on what it means to bear witness to a living planet today. From the craft of natural history filmmaking, to the urgency of climate storytelling and the challenge of reaching new and more diverse audiences, the discussion looks forward — asking how this legacy can be carried into the next century.
