Goodnight, Sleep Tight (Pilot)

ZU-UK explores the intimate and the epic, the interface between live and digital experiences with this work that exists between physical and virtual worlds.

Goodnight, Sleep Tight (Pilot) is a one-on-one mixed reality experience. You are put to bed in the physical world with pyjamas. As you lay down you see your 'mother' in the virtual world but also feel her, simultaneously, in the physical world. When you look down on the bed (via VR Headset), you are in the same pyjamas, but you now have a six-year-old’s body.

The installation will be found in the Site Gallery Studio. The VR pilot performance will only take place on Saturday 25 June, Sunday 26 June and Monday 27 June. There is no booking required for this experience.
