Online Industry Pass 2021

Sheffield Doc/Fest is an international film and arts festival and marketplace with a mission to spark imaginations and empower our capacity for change by celebrating, championing and debating documentary film and art as a collective form of engagement.

Sheffield Doc/Fest brings together members of the film and arts community, from over 60 countries worldwide each year.

This year, we will deliver a hybrid festival, bringing people together for our Film and Arts Programmes in Sheffield and online. Our International Industry programme for 2021, including the marketplace, pitches and panels, will be taking place online only.

The best way to connect with our Industry Programme is through our Online Industry Pass. Passes are available to filmmakers, artists, freelancers and members of the film, digital art and related communities, in the UK and internationally and give access to the Film Programme online as well as the Industry Programme. So whether you’re just starting on your journey in the industry or are an established creative in the sector, we look forward to welcoming you to our festival virtually.

Information on how to access our public programme of physical film screenings, exhibitions and talks in Sheffield, subject to COVID 19 guidelines, will be available shortly.

Want to experience Sheffield Doc/Fest but don’t work in the sector? Look out for our Doc/Lovers ticket offer coming soon.

The Online Industry Pass gives you access to the Sheffield Doc/Fest 2021 online programme:

- Doc/Player - our online Industry video on demand platform which will host 100+ films premiering in the Official Selection of our Film Programme, accessible throughout the festival dates

- Live Streaming of 30+ talks as part of the Film, Arts and Industry programmes

- Live Streaming of the 2021 pitches, including The Whickers Pitch and Chicken & Egg Pictures (Egg)celerator Lab Pitch

- Digital versions of the Festival Catalogue and Industry Catalogue

Online Industry Passes do not include access to the screenings and exhibitions taking place physically at our partner venues in Sheffield. Our Arts Programme exhibition is free and open to all. Further information on how to access in-person screenings will be announced soon.

Any in person screenings, exhibitions and talks in Sheffield are subject to change in line with the government’s UK COVID Guidelines, which are continually being reviewed. Due to COVID 19 restrictions, the festival will not be hosting any physical social events this year.
