This year's Sheffield DocFest invites you to ReConnect with documentary and - for virtual attendees - our programmers have curated a series of playlists to help guide you through this year's online selection. You can access the complete line-up here.
You can navigate collections of films and Alternate Realities projects via five thematic groupings, Reconnect with: technology, creativity, passion, nature and yourself.
Films are available to watch for 72 hours, and appear online the morning after the film’s premiere at the festival in Sheffield. Alternate Realities projects will be available for the duration of the festival, 23-28 June, for free.
Each day we will be highlighting a different playlist to spark conversation, and offer you the chance to immerse yourself in each of our five themes. Join us for a documentary walk through nature, take a deep dive into technology or get inspired with works of boundless creativity. Explore the playlists below.
Tickets for each film is £5 (£2 for shorts) to watch online, or you can purchase a DocLover Online pass and watch all films for only £50.
