Available on iOS and Android, the festival app and ticketing environment (powered by Eventive) is your one stop shop for festival planning. Download the app to your device or log in via the Ticket button on our website, then browse and filter the schedule, favourite events, book and keep track of all your tickets.

DocLover Ticket Packages
Do you love documentaries as much as we do? Choose from our DocLover 10 or DocLover 5 bundles to get 10 or 5 ticket credits to redeem against any film or talk in our public programme (except Opening Night and the Alternate Realities Summit). Select up to 4 tickets per event to share your love of documentaries with others.

Access & affordability
To book access tickets or ask any questions about access to events, please contact our dedicated Box Office number on 0330 122 8870 or email boxoffice@sheffdocfest.com (lines are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 9pm every day during the festival).
Concessions are available to claimants, full-time students and over 60s, as well as those who cannot afford standard prices via our DocsForAll concession. We operate concessions on a trust basis and do not ask for proof of status.
Complimentary tickets are available for Personal Assistants, Carers or Sign Language Interpreters assisting someone attending an event who is in receipt of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or holds a CEA Card or international equivalent. Please book your ticket as normal then email boxoffice@sheffdocfest.com with proof of DLA or CEA Card to request your complimentary ticket.
Wheelchair spaces are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. All festival venues are wheelchair accessible.
